We serve Westerville as part of our Central Ohio service area. Our portfolio currently shows nearby projects in Powell and New Albany rather than a Westerville property.

We offer home staging in Westerville, Ohio, although our current portfolio does not show a Westerville property. The city straddles the Franklin and Delaware county line north of I-270, between Powell and New Albany, where our portfolio includes completed projects.
Westerville has range. Around Uptown and Otterbein University there are older homes with front porches, original trim and rooms laid out before open plans existed. Farther out, especially toward the Delaware County side, there are newer subdivisions with great rooms, bonus rooms and the open kitchen that goes with them.
Those two kinds of house need opposite things. Older homes need furniture scaled to smaller rooms, good lamp light and a light hand around the original details. Newer homes need zones defined, walls finished with art sized to the ceiling height, and warmth added to finishes that can look generic in photos.
For a newer Westerville home, the closest example is Ashmoore Court in Powell: a vaulted great room with a marble fireplace, built-ins and transom windows, staged with a slipcovered sofa, rounded swivel chairs and large abstract art so the tall ceiling felt intentional.
For an older, more traditional layout, look at Bayboro Drive in New Albany, where we worked with oak trim and colored walls rather than around them, or at Linwood Avenue in Columbus, an older two-story where rattan chairs and floating shelves turned a long living room into two usable spaces.
Whatever the age of the house, the process is the same. You request an estimate, a team member visits for an onsite assessment to confirm measurements, light and access, and you get a final proposal. Installation usually takes one to two days, and the home is left ready for photos and showings. Being the first Westerville project on this page just means we will be paying extra attention.
Our five services are available across Central Ohio: vacant home staging, occupied home staging, advisory staging consultations, interior styling and short-term rental styling. Tell us about the property so we can recommend the right scope.
Westerville is part of our Columbus service area, along with Dublin and Blacklick. Tell us about your home and we will reply with a free estimate.

Not yet, and we would rather be honest about that. Our nearest projects are Ashmoore Court in Powell and Bayboro Drive in New Albany, both similar to many Westerville homes. Every job, wherever it is, starts with an in-person assessment of the house, so the plan is built around your rooms rather than a past project.
Westerville is in our Central Ohio service area. We confirm travel, delivery, installation and pickup arrangements in your custom proposal after the onsite assessment.
Yes. Older homes usually need furniture scaled to smaller rooms, better lamp light and a restrained palette that lets original trim and porches stand out. Our Columbus projects on Linwood Avenue and Belcher Drive show that approach in older houses with original wood floors and trim.
Every proposal is custom, because size, layout, access and the number of rooms all change the job. A free estimate gives our team the details needed to recommend a scope for your home.
