Our Expertise
With years of experience in interior styling, owner and Head Stager, Johanna specializes in creating personalized spaces that reflect each homes unique style. We combine functionality with aesthetics to deliver exceptional results. Our home staging services extend throughout Central Ohio and beyond because we love the opportunity to help showcase all of what our beautiful portion of the state has to offer.

We are committed to incorporating sustainable practices into our business model. Our focus is on using eco-friendly and reusable materials that benefit both our clients and the environment. We recognize the amount of waste that comes out of our industry and would like to do all that we can to minimize it on our part.
services we offer
advisory consultation
With an advisory consultation, I will walk through your property for one hour and offer you my expertise on how to prepare your home with what you already have. After we’ve concluded the consultation, I will write up a checklist of all that we discussed so that you can prepare your own space to be put on the market. This option also includes the opportunity to hire me at an hourly rate to help you make all of the necessary changes such as: moving furniture, packing away personal effects, and general decluttering.
Vacant home staging
Have an empty home? We can fix that. We’ll bring in furnishings, art, decor—everything that’s needed to make your property look its absolute best. We always recommend doing the main spaces of focus—the entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, and primary suite—as these are the spaces that truly sell buyers, however, we will stage all the spaces you request, especially the ones that really add to the appeal of the home. When staging a vacant property, we take careful consideration to highlight the house’s features and bring warmth in so that buyers can envision it being their home.
Occupied home staging (supplemental)
Sometimes a home just needs a little extra something and when that’s the case, we’re here to help. When doing a supplemental staging, it’s pretty much the two previous options combined. During our consultation, we’ll discuss everything that should be done to prepare your house for market and we’ll fill in the blanks wherever necessary. We will bring furnishings, art, decor, and whatever else is needed. We can mix our versatile inventory into your space in an alluring and complimentary way. This option is especially appealing to sellers that still reside in the homes they’re preparing to be put up for sale.
